Event Title - What you wish your event to be known as

Event Type - e.g. 'Fair + fashion shows' or 'Open day + exhibitors'

Name of Venue - Where the fair is being held

Venue Address - Full address where the fair is being held including county and postcode

Opening Times - e.g. '10.00am - 3.00pm'

Admission Charge - e.g. 'Free' or '£5.00 per person' or 'Pre-purchased tickets only'

Email - Only for us to contact you - does not appear on website. Must be completed

Organiser/Company Name - Appears on website

Contact Name - Appears on website

Address - address of the organiser. Appears on website

Contact Phone Number - Appears on website

Enquiries Email - Appears on website. If you do not want your email on the website then leave this blank

Notes - Any other notes you want to appear on the website - e.g. 'Call during office hours only please'

Website URL - your company/organisation website address

Tell us about your organisation - not compulsory but useful for our readers. Appears on website

How to use this form

This form contains the details of the event you want to add. To help fill in the form quickly use the drop-down at the very top of the form to pre-populate the form with details of one of your previous fairs, then fill in the date of the new fair and change any details of the fair as appropriate.
